Norbury Library will host a calming and accessible Chair Surya Namaskar session on Saturday 25 July, 3–4pm. This adult‑only wellbeing activity guides participants through a series of slow, flowing movements performed entirely from a chair, making it ideal for beginners, older adults, and anyone who prefers low‑impact exercise.
The session combines gentle stretching, guided breathing, and mindful awareness to create a soothing, restorative experience. No yoga experience is required, and the emphasis remains on comfort, ease, and supported movement.
